How it all began...
The BookMe solutions were first developed in 2006 by our founding partner – Karen Frye – to help her manage her own physiotherapy practices. BookMe has grown from just being used to run Karen’s business to where it is now ... successfully supporting many hundreds of service providers.
We believe that one of the keys to our success is that BookMe has been developed by people who are practitioners … people who know what is needed to manage appointments and bookings and who actually use the software for real on a day to day basis.

Today, we have a dedicated team of people committed to supporting our customers and continuing to enhance our products and services. Our team’s core competencies include information technology, practice management, human resources, call centre, marketing and business management skills.
